End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 25, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Customer") and Ozan Soft, the publisher of GenderAPI.io ("Publisher"). This Agreement governs your use of the GenderAPI services obtained through Microsoft AppSource or any other integrated platform.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use GenderAPI for internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Publisher.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Resale, sublicensing, or offering the service to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

3. Data Privacy

Publisher complies with GDPR and similar data protection laws. We do not store personal data submitted via the API. Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary user consents for data processing. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Service and Support

The Publisher may provide support at its discretion. No guaranteed uptime or service level is implied unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged between the parties will be protected and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publisher’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the incident. Publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends immediately.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless otherwise specified under the terms of Microsoft Marketplace usage.
