GenderAPI Privacy Policy

जब users हमारी Site पर आते हैं, order करते हैं, form भरते हैं या उपलब्ध activities, services, features और resources इस्तेमाल करते हैं, तब हम उनके द्वारा स्वेच्छा से दी गई personal information collect कर सकते हैं। Activity के अनुसार इसमें नाम, email address, mailing address, phone number और payment information शामिल हो सकती है।

Users Site को anonymously देख सकते हैं। Personal identification information केवल तभी collect की जाती है जब user इसे स्वयं देता है। User जानकारी देने से मना कर सकता है, लेकिन इससे Site की कुछ activities उपलब्ध नहीं हो सकतीं।

Site के साथ interaction के दौरान non-personal technical information process हो सकती है, जैसे browser name, device या computer type, operating system, Internet service provider और Site से connect होने के तरीके से संबंधित समान जानकारी।

Site चलाने और privacy choices याद रखने के लिए necessary storage इस्तेमाल हो सकती है। Optional cookies user की consent के बाद ही set की जाती हैं। Users browser में cookies block करने या cookie भेजे जाने पर alert पाने का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं; ऐसा करने पर Site के कुछ हिस्से ठीक से काम नहीं कर सकते।

GenderAPI user द्वारा दी गई personal information को customer support देने, orders और requests process करने, products तथा services सुधारने और consent मिलने पर company या product updates भेजने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकता है। Marketing emails में unsubscribe instructions शामिल होते हैं।

हम personal information, usernames, passwords, transaction information और Site पर stored data को unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure या destruction से बचाने के लिए उचित collection, storage, processing और security controls अपनाते हैं।

Site और users के बीच भेजा गया sensitive तथा private data SSL-secured communication channel से transfer होता है और encryption तथा digital signatures से सुरक्षित किया जाता है।

GenderAPI personal information को बेचता या किराए पर नहीं देता। GenderAPI queries के inputs, Excel या CSV uploads का data और Google Sheets का input या output data third parties के साथ share नहीं किया जाता।

Account, purchase, support request या consent-based website analytics से जुड़ी अलग जानकारी केवल उस function को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए आवश्यक होने पर service providers द्वारा process की जा सकती है। इनमें hosting और infrastructure, payment processing, customer communication और support, security तथा consent-based analytics शामिल हो सकते हैं। Provider संबंधित जानकारी को केवल GenderAPI की ओर से और contracted purpose के लिए process कर सकता है।

Applicable law, valid legal process या users, GenderAPI अथवा public के rights, security और integrity की रक्षा के लिए उचित रूप से आवश्यक होने पर जानकारी disclose की जा सकती है। ऐसे सीमित disclosures ऊपर दिए query और uploaded-data नियमों को नहीं बदलते।

Google APIs से प्राप्त information का GenderAPI.io द्वारा इस्तेमाल और किसी अन्य app को transfer, Google API Services User Data Policy तथा उसके Limited Use requirements का पालन करता है।

नीचे standard maximum retention periods दिए गए हैं। जानकारी की आवश्यकता समाप्त होने पर इसे पहले delete या irreversibly anonymize किया जाता है। लंबी अवधि केवल कानून की आवश्यकता, legal claim स्थापित या defend करने, fraud अथवा security incident की जाँच के लिए लागू होती है।

GenderAPI queries

सफल name, username और अन्य GenderAPI query inputs केवल requested result लौटाने के लिए process होते हैं और store नहीं किए जाते। Email query inputs कभी store नहीं किए जाते।

केवल ऐसी non-email queries जिनका gender result नहीं मिलता, GenderAPI सुधारने के सीमित उद्देश्य से अधिकतम 12 महीने रखी जा सकती हैं। इन्हें third parties से share नहीं किया जाता और बाद में delete या irreversibly anonymize किया जाता है।

Excel और CSV uploads

Uploaded Excel और CSV files अधिकतम पाँच दिन रखी जा सकती हैं और फिर delete कर दी जाती हैं। Result export करने के बाद user uploaded file तुरंत भी delete कर सकता है।

Account information

Account active रहने तक account information रखी जाती है। Account बंद होने या approved deletion request के बाद, legal exception के अधीन न आने वाली जानकारी 30 दिनों के भीतर delete या irreversibly anonymize कर दी जाती है।

Billing और transaction records

Accounting, tax, chargeback और fraud-prevention obligations के लिए आवश्यक invoices, transaction records और सीमित billing information transaction date से अधिकतम सात वर्ष रखी जा सकती है। इस अवधि का इस्तेमाल query inputs या uploaded-file contents रखने के लिए नहीं होता।

Support communications

Follow-up, service quality और dispute resolution के लिए support requests तथा संबंधित correspondence request बंद होने के बाद अधिकतम 24 महीने रखे जा सकते हैं।

Security और technical logs

Server, authentication और security-event logs अधिकतम 90 दिन रखे जा सकते हैं। किसी specific event की investigation, legal compliance या Service और users की सुरक्षा के लिए अधिक समय आवश्यक हो सकता है।

Backups

Active systems से delete data access-restricted rolling backups में अधिकतम 30 अतिरिक्त दिन रह सकता है और फिर automatically overwrite होता है। Backups ordinary business use के लिए restore नहीं किए जाते; disaster recovery में restoration आवश्यक हो तो original deletion request लागू रहती है।

Google Sheets data

हम Google Sheets data store या retain नहीं करते। Spreadsheet data केवल requested result बनाने के लिए real time में process होता है; operation के बाद input और output data discard हो जाता है और हमारे servers पर save या log नहीं होता।

Site चलाने और privacy choices याद रखने के लिए necessary storage इस्तेमाल हो सकती है। Google Analytics इस Site पर configured optional analytics service है और user द्वारा “Cookies स्वीकार करें” चुनने के बाद ही load होती है। “केवल आवश्यक” चुनने पर Site Google Analytics load नहीं करती।

Enable होने पर Google Analytics, GenderAPI की ओर से limited technical और Site-use information process कर सकता है, जैसे page interactions, device या browser information और IP-derived approximate location। Site configuration में advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization signals और Google Signals disabled हैं। GenderAPI query inputs, Excel/CSV contents और Google Sheets data Google Analytics को नहीं दिए जाते।

User footer में “Cookie preferences” से अपना चुनाव कभी भी बदल सकता है। “केवल आवश्यक” चुनने पर आगे की analytics collection बंद होती है और Site की पहुँच वाले analytics cookies हटाए जाते हैं। अधिक जानकारी Google Analytics terms और Google Privacy Policy में उपलब्ध है।

GenderAPI इस Privacy Policy को update कर सकता है। बदलाव होने पर users को email द्वारा सूचित किया जा सकता है। हम users को current version और personal information की सुरक्षा के तरीके समझने के लिए इस page को समय-समय पर देखने की सलाह देते हैं।

Site का इस्तेमाल करके user इस policy को स्वीकार करता है। सहमत न होने पर Site इस्तेमाल न करें। बदलाव publish होने के बाद Site का लगातार इस्तेमाल उन बदलावों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
